Return and Exchange Period
To ensure your complete satisfaction, F I G A B S offers a return or exchange period of 7 days from the date of order receipt. This period allows you to verify the quality and authenticity of our fragrance products.
Product Condition Requirements for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition:
- Unused
- Sealed in its original packaging
- All accessories included
- Original invoice or order number provided
Products showing signs of use, damage, or altered scent that could affect quality will not be accepted.
Products Excluded from Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and to ensure a unique fragrance experience for each customer, the following items are not eligible:
- Products with opened or partially used packaging
- Damaged products caused by customer misuse
- Products missing accessories or original packaging
- Perfumes whose inner packaging has been opened for scent testing (scent experience is personal and varies)
- Customized or bespoke products made specifically for the customer

Shipping Fees & Responsibility
Shipping costs depend on the reason for return/exchange:
- F I G A B S error (wrong or defective product): store covers full shipping cost
- Customer preference (no defect): customer bears full shipping cost
Refund Method & Timeframe
After receiving and verifying the returned product meets return conditions, the refund will be processed.
- Refund can be issued via the original payment method or as F I G A B S store credit for future purchases.
- Refund processing typically takes 7–14 business days after receipt and verification. Bank processing times may vary.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24–48 hours of receipt.
- Provide clear photos and your order number.
- The product will be replaced or refunded immediately based on your preference and product availability.
Sale Items & Promotions
Discounted and promotional products are subject to the same return/exchange policy unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer description. Products marked as final sale will be clearly indicated and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Due to the personal and sensory nature of fragrances and incense, this policy ensures the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
- Opening or using any portion of a fragrance product is considered usage and makes it ineligible for return or exchange, ensuring new and unused products for each customer.
- This guarantees you receive perfumes and incense with the authenticity and purity you deserve from F I G A B S.
