- Expected shipping duration is 7 business days from the shipment date via trusted courier services.

- If a shipment is returned due to a customer error, the customer bears the cost of reshipping.

- Opened, used, damaged, or personalized products, as well as gift messages or unsealed original packaging, are not eligible for return or exchange.
